At The Greyhound, Ashley we offer a very warm welcome with lots of comfortable areas to cosy up.
Not only have we got quality JW Lees beers like our MPA and Manchester Craft Lager, we also offer great British pub food on our new menus where you can sit and relax with friends and family in our cosy country pub. Our fantastic new menus are filled with fresh and tasty dishes created with delicious seasonal ingredients.
Feel free to bring your four-legged friends along too, they are more than welcome in our bar area and we even have a fully stocked doggy bar to clean up those muddy paws and refresh your pups!

Pull up a chair with our new Spring menu in Ashley. Enjoy delicious seasonal dishes, made for warm days and cold pints with friends and family. Perfect for pairing with our Manchester-made beers, our new menu includes seasonal salads, new signature dishes, succulent grills and more. Not forgetting your pub favourites like our legendary cheese & onion pie, MPA battered cod fillet and the iconic Brewery tower burger.
If you’re planning a midweek catch-up, try our Prix Fixe set menu. Served all day from 12 noon Monday to Friday, enjoy two courses for only 17.45 or three for 19.95. Go on… treat yourself to a laid-back bite and a proper pint.
Sunday is a day of roast. Ours come with bottomless gravy and unlimited Yorkshire puddings (because one Yorkie is never enough and good gravy should never run out). Nothing beats a proper roast, and it’s even better without the bother of cooking and cleaning.

Tuck into a traditional Sunday roast in Ashley. Complete with all the trimmings, bottomless gravy and unlimited Yorkshire puddings.
